Rescue dogs
We've been looking at dogs that are available for adoption. It is hard on me to look into a dogs eyes that are full of hope that I would be the one to take him out of that cage. Some of them have figured out that good eye contact increases their odds of being picked. But what about the ones who won't look up, even when talked to ? They won't waste the energy on what they believe is a useless effort at attracting an owner. They've lost hope. That ain't right.

You could open a kennel or start your own rescue business. It is hard being an animal lover, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteBTY..we need house sitters for May 21-23, if you feel the need to spend time in a zoo! ha
re: house-sitters. That's one thing holding us back on a dog. House-sitters are hard to come by and usually want to be paid back in kind.
ReplyDeleteBTW...different subject. Bryant city council is voting tomorrow night on our phone proposal to replace all the city phones...our biggest project by far.
Good luck on the Bryant deal...let me know if you get it.
